Military Spouse Support Group

A therapeutic group designed to address the challenges of life as a military spouse. We will focus on processing the sense of grief and loss during deployment, developing effective coping skills, and creating strategies to decrease the effects of long separations on your relationship.

This group begins on Monday, May 7th and will meet once a week for six weeks.

Wives Support Group

This is a private, confidential therapy group for wives whose spouses are struggling with addiction, sexual brokenness, and mental health issues. If you have been experiencing isolation in your marriage after serious relationship injuries and are seeking a safe place for healing and connection, this group is for you. We understand you will be bringing in painful, sensitive issues that require great emotional risk and vulnerability to share, and therefore the environment of the group will promote emotional safety, understanding, and acceptance.

The group will begin meeting weekly on Tuesday, May 8th and will be open to new members for its first two meetings. The group will close at the third meeting to include only current group members. We will meet for 8 sessions and break following the final meeting on June 26th. It will then reopen to new members for another session at a date TBD (likely August-September).
