I am a Navy brat, born and raised in Tidewater. After completing my bachelor's at Virginia Tech, I became an English teacher in Virginia Beach Public Schools. I retired from teaching after 33 wonderful years to become an executive function coach.

I am married to Frank, another retired teacher and computer guru extraordinaire. I devote a lot of time and energy to my neighborhood civic league and my rescue dogs.

I love gardening, cooking, sewing, reading, and all things related to Marvel comics.

I assist clients struggling with executive function challenges to improve planning and organization, time management, task initiation, sustained attention and goal-directed persistence, cognitive flexibility, and metacognition. I create highly individualized plans with my clients designed to improve daily functioning and foster greater independence.
