Dr. Rhonda Ladd

Licensed Professional Counselor

  • I am a Tennessee native transplanted to Hampton Roads in 1995. I went to Regent University for both a Master’s in Community Counseling (1998) and a PhD in Counselor Education & Supervision (2011). I have been providing clinical services for more than twenty years in community and faith-based settings.

My great love in therapy is to work with couples - dating, engaged, or married - using Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT). I am also currently working toward certification in EFT and EMDR. I am also core faculty at a CACREP-accredited Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program.

My husband and I enjoy cold weather, walking, ping-pong, skiing, traveling, and learning the French language.
