  • I am a Virginia Beach transplant from Ann Arbor, Michigan. I live with my husband, two college-aged children, and our super chill Golden Retriever.

I spend time mentoring young adults, and  facilitating women’s groups. I spent time as a jail chaplain for the City of Virginia Beach.  I am a former Education Support Specialist. I love to support students both academically and in developing their executive functioning skills.

I can be found hiking in the mountains, kayaking, listening to indie-folk, cheering on the Atlanta Braves, or refining my skills as a folk artist.

I am pursuing my Clinical Mental Health Counseling Master’s Degree at Old Dominion University. I am currently a practicum student acquiring clinical hours. I will complete my program in May 2026.
