In-Office Visit
Our office is located at 819 W 21st St, Suite 200, Norfolk, VA, 23517
You can park on either side of the building or on the street. Look for the breezeway stairs in the middle of the building. Go up to the second floor, our suite door is immediately to your right once you are on the breezeway landing.

When you arrive for your first appointment, please check in with the front desk. You will complete some paperwork in the waiting room. Your therapist will come to the waiting room to get you. Our office is not typically busy, with usually only a few people waiting at a time.
Online Appointment
Telehealth appointments through our secure online platform make mental health services available to you in your own home or office. At Watermark, we want to help you avoid any technical problems that may inhibit you from reaching your treatment goals. All you need is an email address and an internet connected device with a webcam. Your provider will send you an email with a link and instructions on how to securely join your session.
